My name is Dayana, and I am the founder and head baker behind Heart of It Co.

My journey into the world of desserts is one rooted in lifelong passion and culinary curiosity. I’ve always viewed baking as an act of connection and joy, a philosophy established early on through cherished memories of watching my mother cook in Haiti and the endless inspiration I found on Food Network, all while growing up immersed in Florida’s diverse food scene.
